It has been almost two years now since I started exercising and working out under your direction. I was skeptical and hesitant at first, thinking I did more than enough activities to keep me healthy and fit. The difference was stunning — after two months of three workouts a week, I was more limber and beginning to tone my arms and legs.
In addition to the activity from the workouts, the knowledge about muscle groups and nutrition has given me an entirely new outlook on what it takes to preserve my health and mobility.
